Less pretending.
More room to breathe.

Stretch Daddy · From the founder
I work with men who want to train, stretch, and get hands-on bodywork without the usual rules about how masculinity is supposed to look or feel.
I’ve been a personal trainer for 17 years. What I’ve learned is that a lot of what men carry doesn’t show up on the surface. It sits in the shoulders, shortens the breath, or lives in places they’ve been holding for years. The work is simple: meet the body as it is, not as it’s supposed to be.
Sessions start with a short conversation about what you want and what your body is asking for. From there we build the hour around you—movement, training, assisted stretching, massage, and music chosen for the session. You can wear a jockstrap, shorts, or nothing. The male body isn’t a problem to solve or a secret to hide. It’s where you live, and it gets treated with straightforward respect.
This isn’t clinical rehab and it isn’t a performance. It’s physical work with room to breathe. Less pretending, more room to actually feel what’s happening in your body. Music is part of it—not background, but something that shapes how the session moves.
I come to you. Right now I work in Palm Springs. Sessions happen in your home, hotel, or guesthouse.
The point is practical: better movement, less tension, and time spent in a body that isn’t being managed or explained. If that sounds useful, reach out.
